Case Manager- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services or Behavior Science field and preferably two years of experience working directly with children and families. Candidate must be willing to work with children and families of various populations, in various demographics, and in the homes of the clients. This is not an office-based position. Extensive traveling is required and the candidate must be available to our children and families during non-traditional work hours (such as early mornings and late nights).

The primary responsibility of the Social Worker is to recruit potential foster parents, market for the Company, license potential new foster homes, ensure current homes maintain licensing requirements per the State of Alabama guidelines, become a GPS trainer, facilitate GPS classes, conduct required foster parent meetings, and assist with Case Management duties as assigned and when needed. These duties require extensive traveling and the willingness to work late evenings.
